Welcome to JK3 Drive. To keep lessons running smoothly, safely, and fairly for all pupils, please take a moment to read the Terms & Conditions below.

All pupils must accept the full Terms & Conditions through the Total Drive app before lessons begin.

1. Lessons & Payments

• Lessons must be paid for in advance or at the start of each lesson.

• Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, or another agreed method.

• Block bookings are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Block bookings are non‑refundable once lessons have begun.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To ensure fairness and availability for all pupils:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

• If the instructor arrives and the pupil is not available, the lesson will be charged in full.

• Repeated late cancellations may result in future lessons being refused.

 

3. Pupil Responsibilities

Pupils must:

• Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it at their first lesson.

• Be fit to drive and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving.

• Wear suitable footwear and clothing for safe driving.

• Inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect driving.

• Follow instructions to ensure safety at all times.

 

4. Instructor Responsibilities

JK3 Drive will:

• Provide a fully insured, roadworthy vehicle for all lessons.

• Deliver lessons in a professional, patient, and supportive manner.

• Ensure the learning environment is safe and constructive.

• Reserve the right to end a lesson if the pupil is unfit or unsafe to drive.

 

5. Driving Tests

• Use of the instructor’s car for the driving test is at the instructor’s discretion.

• A minimum of 2 hours must be booked for test day (pre‑test warm‑up + test).

• The instructor may refuse use of the car if the pupil is not considered test‑ready.

• JK3 Drive is not responsible for DVSA test cancellations or changes.

 

6. Punctuality & Lesson Duration

• Lessons will start and finish at the agreed time.

• If the pupil arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

• If the instructor is delayed, the lost time will be added or credited.

 

7. Vehicle Damage & Safety

• The instructor’s vehicle is fully insured for tuition and test purposes.

• In the event of deliberate or negligent damage caused by the pupil, costs may be charged.

• The instructor may take control of the vehicle at any time to ensure safety.

 

8. Data Protection

• Personal information is used only for lesson management, communication, and record‑keeping.

• Information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

• JK3 Drive complies with UK data protection regulations.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

All pupils must accept the full Terms & Conditions through the Total Drive app before lessons begin.
Acceptance is recorded and time‑stamped within the app.
